Ice Climbing 2021 Season

 The area surrounding Batchawana Bay has all grades and length of ICE to CLIMB and learn on.
We have the highest Multi Pitch ice climbs in the MIDWEST and MID CONTINENT
As of January 2nd 2020 there are 600 ice climbs

Beginner Classes
Class size is a maximum of 6 for our Beginner (ICE DAY) and (ICE 2) Courses.
On average the beginner climbers ascend a minimum of 100 meters on the ICE DAY COURSE.

Ice Climbing Lessons 2020

Join Shaun Parent for Ice Climbing Lessons from Beginner through Advanced Instruction and Guiding.

He is considered the pioneer of Rock and Ice Climbing in the Lake Superior Region, and author and co-author of 16 Rock and Ice Climbing Guidebooks. Has over 1500 First ascents in the Lake Superior region on ICE.

His experience in teaching Ice climbing and guiding goes back to 1981 with over 4000 students.

Classes are small and students get one on one instruction.
